The building is a small four-storey building on the roof of which is a terrace with views of Mont-Royal. It is located on the Plateau Mont-Royal, a French Quarter beloved by journalists, writers, and artists. The street is very quiet and as soon as you exit, you are close to the streets of Mont-Royal and Saint-Denis which are extreme commercial districts and very vibrant. The metro Mont-Royal is a seven minute walk and buses 11 and 14 are just outside of the building, bringing you directly downtown and to the universities.
Our studios are fully furnished, equipped and decorated. All studios have a private bathroom inside the studio.
The Park Lafontaine is just down the street and one can go cycling, tennis, rollerblading, etc..
